I always look forward to seeing the Casperson family. This is their second session this year and the kids have changed so much in just that short span.
At our last session it was cold and windy. During their fall session it was cold, but not windy so that worked out 100% better than last time. The wind always is a no-go for kids, especially little kids. It always ends up in disaster.
Jared pretty much hates picture day but like he kept telling their daughter RaeLyn, "The faster we do it the faster we are done, I learned that the first time." Very wise words from a man who pretty much didn't want to do anything I asked of him, pretty much hated it and probably told Keila he would never do it again.
Well I guess Keila won because she's gotten family portraits every year at least once a year. But Jared is right, it takes longer the more you "fight" it.
I'm not sure we have ever done a late fall session with Jared and Keila, but it was really beautiful. Nearly all of the leaves have fallen from the trees but the fall morning glow is really gorgeous. Clancy is still very unsure of me and the whole camera thing, he is a Casperson but we did get some really cute smiles of him. RaeLyn is used to me at this point and did really great during this session.
