Dresses & Twirls: Jessie and the Girls

I look forward to this mommy and me session every single year. We have a great streak going on at least three years, maybe four. Jessie's mom usually gifts the best Mother's Day gift, a photo session. 

This is one of the best gifts and not just because I am a professional photographer but what an amazing gift photography is. You are gifting their family's moments and memories and allowing them to create a time capsule for their future generations. 

We have so many amazing photo of Jessie and her two daughters Coraline and Hope. Every year we end up with some of the sweetest mommy and me photos. This year we struggled with a date, summer activities and the rain did not help. Rain does not go with princess heels. 

Coraline always wears princess heels to her sessions and ALWAYS a dress. She gets to pick out her dress and this year she requested a rainbow dress. She picked a beautiful pastel dress and Jessie spotted a similar dress in Hope's size and then we had two princesses. 

We walked around and tried to recreate old photos with growing smiles. We danced and twirled, Hope threw rocks and Coraline built a sandcastle. Mommy and me sessions are so special, one on one time with just your children, loving, laughing and playing. They are no stress sessions to capture the love of children and their mother. 

It was cloudy but we did get to see the sun for just a few minutes. I always have so much fun with Jessie and the girls and I am sure she is shedding a small tear seeing these sneak peeks and how beautiful her sweet girls are.
